Where did the witch go? To blanky-land, to blanky-land, la la la...!
The witch-in-this has disappeared because her manuscript proofs arrived on Monday... in a packing crate. When I crawl out from under this blanket, it will be to go through the 450 PAGES of annotated corrections and discuss editing marks and why, if you have a book in you, you should see a surgeon more or less immediately. Watch this space.
